We are members of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Association (Canada), Catherine is the National Secretary, Lakehead Kennel Club - Catherine is the Vice President and Newsletter Editor, Thunder Bay Kennel & Training Club and the Canadian Kennel Club.
All of our dogs are family members, puppies are whelped in our nursery (in the house - see above pictures) and are socialized by our family, friends and clients. Puppies and dogs are taken to training classes for socialization as well as obedience, herding, agility and show handling.
We are dedicated to breeding Pembroke Welsh Corgis with superb temperament and sound structure to ensure that they will have a healthy life and good character. It is our desire that the puppies will have proper type and structure and will excel in conformation, obedience, agility and herding as well as making excellent family companions.
All dogs used for breeding are Champions with OFA certified hips (or prelim x-rays if under 24 months of age), eyes CERF clear and dna tested for vWD.
Puppies go to their new homes with CKC registration papers after 10 weeks of age with written contract/guarantee and care instructions. We understand that not all puppies are "show quality" but are striving to find the perfect match to produce outstanding show prospects. All pet puppies are sold on NON-BREEDING agreements (no exceptions).
